After our session / about 3pm we will start our newest feature of 15 minutes of sharing meanings on a handful of cards.  We’ll go through them in elemental order exploring a few Minor and Major cards each time.  The Biz/Organizing Meeting follows that.

I (Carolyn of Art of Change Tarot) will be doing a three-sessions series called Tools for Lifelong Tarot Learning at Groundings in Florence. These sessions will ground you in Tarot basics as well as give you tools and techniques for your continued exploration of Tarot as a tool for personal development, spiritual exploration, creativity enhancement, and discerning the unfolding patterns of life. Sessions are from 6 – 8pm on the 10th, 17th, and 24th of January; hold the 31st for a snow day! Sessions may be taken individually but sign up for the whole series for just $70. Juniper Talbot continues here weekly Wednesday evening Tarot Talks at Inspirit Common open to all levels of experience.

Announcements: Sunday is Epona Day, Saturday begins Saturnalia, the winter solstice is next week; our next meeting, in January, will be at the Lilly Library and will be presented by Marcianna. Joellen will present a workshop on scrap-booking in February; Carolyn will return from Montana to do a presentation on either self-discovery/self-exploration, tarot ethics, or reading styles in March; George will present on divination in April. Each meeting in 2012 will have a 15 minute session at the end of the feature presentation that will focus on card study; we’ll use Ruth and Wald Amberstone’s schedule for the 2012 year (retyped by Joellen). The “The Time Capsule” activity, originally scheduled for this meeting, is postponed to January.

About Krislyn:
Krislyn Lequin has studied the tarot for 10 years. She also studies clairvoyance and dream work. Krislyn is one of the founding members of the Massachusetts Tarot Society and a member of the American Tarot Association.

The explorations, as Talbot calls them, will be on topics relating to Tarot. Informal, the talks are open to anyone of any level of experience. She suggests that people bring their own decks, if they have them. There is an admission.
